This took place during an inspection tour by His Excellency, where he reviewed the work and preparations of the transport and logistics ecosystem for the Hajj season. He visited the Jarwal bus station and the public taxi stands at the King Abdulaziz parking areas to inspect the readiness of various transport modes to serve the pilgrims.
He also met with the monitoring teams of the Transport General Authority at the Al-Nawariyah security control center, emphasizing the importance of providing the best services to ensure the comfort of pilgrims, in addition to reviewing the modern technologies offered by the ecosystem during this year's Hajj.
Dr. Al-Rumaih concluded the inspection tour by reviewing the readiness of the transport and logistics ecosystem's headquarters in the holy sites of Mina and Arafat, and visited the media center at the Hajj and Umrah terminals complex to see its role in empowering local and international media throughout the Hajj season.
