Increasing Freight Train Capacity on the North-South Railway

Scope:

 Increase railway line capacity by upgrading signaling and communication systems on the Wad Al-Shamal, Jubail, Ras Al-Khair, and internal industrial Jubail lines, securing locomotives and wagons, and connecting industrial cities to the railway to enhance freight train capacity.
