Development of a Digital System to Manage and Monitor Pilgrims' Movement at Airport Contact Points

Scope of Work

Provide real-time wait times for pilgrims at all contact points, measure relevant KPIs, monitor efficiency around the clock, and generate accurate data for fast reporting and decision-making through digital systems at King Abdulaziz International Airport and Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Airport. This will enable analysis and scenario planning using historical data, clarify operational capacity at each touchpoint, support Vision 2030 Digital Transformation, and enhance pilgrims’ satisfaction.  

Target Group

Pilgrims in the Following Terminals:
1.King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah: Terminal 1
2.Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport, Madinah.

Strengthing "1.2.2 Delivering high quality services for the Hajj and Umrah pilgrims" by streamlining airport procedures, enabling decision-makers to identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions, and displaying expected wait times for passengers at different stages within airport terminals.
