In his address
to branch directors during the roads strategy workshop
The Minister of
Transport Dr. Nabil bin Mohammed Al-Amoudi sponsored the Roads Strategy
workshop for 2018 that organized by Deputyship of Roads. The workshop was
attended by the ministry branch directors in all Kingdom regions.
The workshop
aims to define the work methodology of Roads Deputyship. Also, aims to promote
decentralization, confer the ministry branches more authority to raising the
performance and achievement and facing the challenges in roads projects.
The Minister of
Transport delivered his speech, referring that the ministry has major tasks to
improving the road projects infrastructure and rise the workflow to reach the
achievements that serve the country and citizen. HE stressing to the ministry
working to achieve its most initiative which is, raising the standards of road
safety to reduce road accident mortalities.
In addition,
the Undersecretary for Roads Eng. Majed Al-Arqubi reviewed Deputyship of Roads
strategy and the vision. Also, to improve the roads life-cycle cost and raise
the performance quality according to Saudi Vision 2030.
The Minister of
Transport and the Deputy Minister Mr. Saad Alkhalb, the Ministry
Undersecretaries and the branches Directors General, they walk around the
workshop. Where was each branch display three performance posters, including
the projects in current status, the other for improvement & development
actions and the last for the branch vision that will achieves during this year.
The workshop
discusses the challenges in implementing projects and identify the reasons to
finding the innovative solutions that helping to meet the challenges and the
leadership expectations.
