The Ministry of Transport participated in the International Day of Disability, in line with the UN resolution pointing the 3rd of December the World Day for Persons with Disabilities to form a public perspective for persons with special needs and support their causes.
The Ministry of Transport's smart screens displayed the slogan "We are differently equal" along with the title "World Day of Disability 2017", and the logo of the Disabled Children Association in recognition of its humanitarian and national role towards the society and to support its missions.
The participation of the Ministry of Transport is aimed at supporting persons with disabilities and raise the awareness of the disability issues to recognize their rights, enhance their self-confidence through participating in various activities and provide psychosocial support to them and their families.
