HRH Prince Fahad bin Badr bin Abdulaziz,
Governor of Al-Jouf Region receive His Excellency Deputy Minister of Transport
Engineer Saad bin Abdulaziz Al-Khaleb and a number of officials of the
Ministry, in his office at the Emirate office today, with the presence of His
Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Fahad bin Turki bin Abdulaziz deputy
governor of Al-Jouf Region.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency
the Deputy Minister of Transport thanked the governor of Al-Jouf Region for his
constant support to the ministry's teams. He stressed the ministry's keenness
to encourage all its branches to achieve the level of services provided by the
ministry. This will contribute to the achievement of the Saudi vision 2030 by
strengthening the Kingdom's position as a unique logistics platform that will
enhance the diversification of the economy.
Mr. Al-Khulb inspected some roads along with
King Abdullah Road, Al-Fayyad and Aramco intersection, then attended a
presentation at the Transport Department in Al-Jouf about the current projects
and the reasons behind their delay. Mr.
Al-Khulb stressed the importance of completing the roads and speeding up the
work on the international road linking the Saudi Kingdom and the Kingdom of
Jordan, which is used by pilgrims coming from the rest of the Levant.
